I was deleting the post for the recruiting, and so I've moved your guys' posts to here. Feel free to post your complaints about me being a Moderator ( or things in general). This will cut down on the number of PM's concerning this. Thanks.

Yes, I was a TM (no team), but yes a TM... I made the post about how to block spammers when I was a Trainee.

yes, I've explained my principle before, but in short "Unless I absolutely think I have something to contribute, then I feel no need to clutter the boards even more than they are.". But yes, overall I've had maybe 150 posts- I became a TM with 60ish? which also caused flak. I've been moderator/administrator on multiple sites (not just forums), and feel I can handle the responsibility. There's also the issue of being young, but I've been supervisor for 10+ people who are older than me and done fine. I
have experience in multiple fields... I digress. Basically if you feel I don't deserve to be a Moderator than just let the Admin know and can deal with it... unless GM's have that authority as well. Best of luck,
