I'm tired of seeing spam everywhere and I know I'm not the only one. Is there anyway a spam section can be created for everyone to spam as much as they want? I don't know if it'll do anything but maybe it'll help?

I don't think that'd be a very good idea. It's pointless, it boosts posts and all members have to do is go 29384729348uosjfadkj ;lkfj.sdf. I don't think it's necessary, what we do now is good enough.
