Well, if you haven't noticed their is this user who has created multiple accounts.
She asks question than answers them herself, says her own succeses are fake, post fake successes, talks to herself, and a bunch of other things.

Just a really weird user.

You have my permission to IP ban her. Absolutely not allowed!!! It's so disturbing to see the hopes of members go up when this person is just goofing around on the site. URGH!

I went ahead and banned all her accounts as well as her main IP address.

My guess is that all moderators can, and just don't realize it right now (although not sure). I would make a quick pictoral guide... but due to the risk of abuse, I don't think I will.
