Should I really do something?

It seems like people don't read the rules before requesting an address...they just go straight to it. (I mean, who wouldn't? lol) but I think I've been nice enough when it came to people requesting for multiple addresses in one topic and requesting more than 3 times a day, after I've repeatedly told them. Should I just go ahead and lock their topics that exceeded 3? I know it sounds a bit harsh but maybe this will limit their requests and might actually be helpful? For new members, I can understand a bit so I just go ahead and give them a free pass but I don't know..give me your inputs on what I should do.
Thanks.

I would give them only one address that day and point out the rules. Tell them they can request another address the next day.

I agree but it really dont matter what you do because they will just go ahead and make the same topic again and again until its answered. LOL

Ok..this is what I'll do. For any topics that have exceeded 3 requests, I'll lock them and open them again tomorrow?

I think that's what you should do, Sharon. For the via venue request forum, I usually just either respond to the first request they made or lock the others and open them the next day type of thing. If I'm not that busy and feel rather nice that day then I'll just answer them all but make sure they know only 1 request can be made per day.
