Haven't we all just been complaining that there are TOO many TMs and Mods? And now we're talking about a recruitment list? Doesn't seem to make any sense to me! :neutral:

I think if anything only 3 more people should be promoted so we have an even 30 people. I think if we start promoting too many people we're going to have the same situation again.

True, I've just promoted osiris (Nicola) as I personally think she's helpful enough (definitly knowledgable) and she deserves a chance as a TM. {thumb2} I'm waiting to hear from isia_144, so the there's only 1 spot left, I guess!

But still. I don't see why we need to recruit more just to start complaining again that we have too many! I mean 27 TMs is still a LOT!! Don't you think so?

Chrissy, I like your idea though about recruiting enough to have an even 30 TMs! I'd definitely be fine with that!

Yes, but keep in mind when you click on "Trainee Moderator" group, it says that there's 28 members, but in reality there's only 14 TM's at the moment... That group includes members who've been promoted to full moderators, as well as some recently demoted ones, such as aamir. And then some of that 14 will be promoted to moderators, soon we will have ourselves a problem with a drought of TM's.

We have to remember, this time around it's up to us who is TM's/moderators, and who gets demoted. {thumb2}

To be honest, I would rather have quality to quantity. 20 would be a sensible number, there just isn't a need to have so many TMs! Especially when it comes to TMs who do more harm than good...

I know, and I agree completely! Guys, please, I'm not promoting anyone - it's just osiris so far (perhaps isia too)! I was just naming options for this thread, and at least they are quality! I'm not doing anything - believe me, I had to demote all of those useless TM's and I definitly don't want to spend another Friday afternoon doing that! :neutral:
