New TM's are being promoted again now with only 9 posts...non of which are usefull.

This is disappointing. I sure thought there were rules about getting TMs and Mods. Having admin of all people doing this is frustrating. 11 posts is ridiculous!

100 post minimum before being a TM at least! They have to PROVE that they would be good MODS first, and then become a TM as a test. they cant skip the whole proving or "studying" for the test! (if that makes sense to you)
