CWill97, BCSilva, fatdad111 the same guy?

So I've been noticing in the request forum that the requests are VERY similar. And today, I just couldn't help but notice that they have the same reequests. fatdad111 and CWill97 are only minutes apart with the requests..I'm guessing he signed off then signed on/made the other account? And BCSilva was made an hour later? I know BCSilva and CWill97 are most likely the same person..they go like "ADDY PLZ!"
Let me know what you guys think. I do have a problem with people having multiple accounts, especially when they're trying to be unfair and abuse the request forums and "hiding" their identity.
