solracc1 posting fake success

One fake success I would say warning, but this is at least two, so I would say ban. For deceiving users and getting their hopes up. Also, in a way for starting fights and arguments that get users to stop posting feedback or to leave fanmail.
However, I find it kind of odd this user has been a member for a long time (users who post fake successes are usually just joined)- so maybe PMing him first before doing anything would be the best thing to do. Perhaps this was a cry for attention or just because he was bored
