Ok, so I've been locking request posts from alternative usernames by CWill97 and recently, fightingchamp came from the same IP so I locked the posts as well. But he PM'ed me and told me that it was his brothers. I think he's lying. Their requests are SO similar and the style is also (not saying they are, just assuming).
Should I lock all posts by the other usernames coming from his IP?

A new username, mattyt1967, has been made from that IP.

There's a total of 4 users attached to that IP address. I would lock them if appropriate/needed.

I would in all honesty lock all of them since he has abused the rules.
