He is sending too much PM where he requests us Penelope Cruz´s home address and Cher´s home address....
We answered him that he can´t disturb celebrities.... but he insists....

I'm sorry you have had such a problem with him. People sure like targeting the GMs here.

As a GM you should have the powers to ban him if you need to--depending on how many pms he/she has sent, maybe give him one last warning and then say you will ban him, or go ahead and ban him anyway.
