Hello mods

There has been alot of discussions about the ammount of unqualified TM's on here. Some TM's only have 11 to 50 posts and havent visited this site since April
I think this problem needs to be sorted as there are far to many TMs.

Would you like me to post a list of the TM's that we should demote / warn?
What do you guys think of this?

I would make a list so we can sort them out then send it to admin so he can demote them. But they have to be inactive for 3 months before they can demoted. As for the post count there is nothing that can be done about that.

This topic seems to pop up all of the time, yet nothing seems to happen.

I do not really have a problem with the amount of TMs, but do get aggravated with TMs who post the same thing in every thread to boost their posts count, cannot spell correctly and just act childish.

I can think of a few right off the top of my head who do this, although, do not feel comfortable just naming them right of the bat. {thumb2}

I agree. There are two right now that have come to the "Collecting Help" forum in the last week or so and just repeated what was already said and bumped old topics to boost their post counts. I also had a TM pm me because another TM told a few people that their authentics were PP's. I think it's frustrating as well when TM's start fights on the board and try to "flex" their status as a TM.

I agree. Some of them are searching for a help at the things TM should know about. This problem should be solved as soon as possible, we were talking about it few times.

She was also one of the one's who bumped a few old posts on the "Collecting Help" forum and repeated what was already said.

Chucky123 is another one who's posts mainly consist of either her congratulating and spamming the feedback section (over half of her posts have been in this section), asking for addresses or posting stuff like 'haha...." followed by some comment that doesn't help the OP.
