Helping Out Member: ajbabygirl88. Need Some Advise

She says that she can's access the PM system. It keeps giving her a 'Not Authorized' Message.
Any ideas on how to help her.

try logging out then back in again. Sometimes that helps me when I have that problem.

Yeah she's tried that too and it still won't work. Any other suggestions?

That happens to me when I try to log in at the" log in to check your private messages" it says not authorised, but then i sign into the 'log in' and then I am able to see my private messages.
dunno whats wrong

Hi all
She says that she can's access the PM system. It keeps giving her a 'Not Authorized' Message.
It is because there is a minimal amount of posts (5) the new users have to write on the forum before being able to use the private messages.
