Ok...there's a person posting multiple successes under the years of 2001 & 2003!!! Is there a time limit on successes and how far they can go back????

Postings should be made within 3 months.
i.e postings made today should not be older than those
received by 3rd December 2005 (as today is 3rd March 2006).
If a particular member wants to post successes older than this then they will not qualify for entry into the prize draw, as the addresses used are more likely to be out of date.

So the answer is just to leave them I guess? Don't delete them, right? I personally think posting successes received in 2001 is rather ridiculous, but there again that could just be me ;).

Really, 3 months or so is about the ideal time to post a success.
I know there have been successes posted in the forums from years ago posted recently, and it's not the best idea to do so (as addresses go out of date.)
Your best bet is to leave them, and then eventually lock the post (probably best done after admin has posted in the thread.)

It is a bit of a difficult one
Luckily we don't have too many out of date successes posted. If it were just a couple I would move them to General Discussions, but leave a shadow in Feedback.
However, if there are loads then just leave them where they are, and let Admin deal with them
