Possible Success Scams??

Hello

I'm a little worried about solracc1 and his successes recently from Toby and now Orlando Bloom....

None of these succeses come with an Envelope...and the autographs are not very ACCURATE at ALL.... I have an AUTHENTICALLY signed Orlando Bloom picture and it does not look like that.

Also all his pictures are signed with the SAME maker... doesn't this seem strange to you, or is it just me? I'm really getting worried. At first i let it pass thinking nothing of it and now it looks like he is getting pictures or repilcating the signatures.

What do you all think??

Hey there!!

I think we really need to moderate and watch over what he posts....Orlando Bloom does not send out authentically signed autographs through the mail unless it's via venue. His agents and fanmail team have published letters saying that you will only recieve a PP autograph when you mail your request. And recently Orlando has stopped signing his FULL name on his signatures and now only signs OB for time purposes. The autograph is really strange and to me looks much like autographs i see on ebay (Not saying i think he's stealing pictures from there )

The address he posted a success from is no longer active!! Orlando is represented by ICM and Spanky Taylor now it seems.

Many of his succeses that are not inscribed or the ones who are RARE never are posted with an envelope. But other are.. Which is very strange to me. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, but it just didn't seem right and i don't want members to think they will get something back cuz he's posting scans up with random addresses that always send PPS and or autopens.

Great spotting!! I also found his Orlando Bloom one, as other posts of his VERY peculiar. I also believe he may be posting false successes! Tobey Maguire does NOT send out authentic autographs out TTM or VV!! I've only ever seen PP (through SFM) from him! Also, his Brad Pitt is rather interesting also!! I think the address he posted for his Orlando Bloom Success was the same for another success (I think it was Tobey or Brad).

I agree that we should keep an eye out for him! Not only is he posting false successes, but he's giving members hope for an authentic autograph from them!! Making them waste stamps or what not and disappointed if they don't receive something back.

This is a side note...but please everyone keep a watch out for Joeay. Judging by their post, they have caught on and I'm afraid for them to get backlash from solracc1.

After looking at solracc1's feedbacks, there's no doubt in my mind that Chrissy is right in saying this person is posting fake successes. Chrissy, you did an awesome job keeping your eyes peeled ;).

I just looked at his Orlando "success" and I remember how happy Chrissy was when she got an authentic from him, I definately think that something fishy is going on.

Your right, there is something fishy about it, because that doesn't look like his signature at all!! I've met him In person and he only signs OB x and a heart. The only autographs i have gotten in the mail ffrom him are PP's which he only sends out.

I don't think it's fair cuz other people will now try this address and will get a pp or RTS because he isn't with that agency anymore.

I see more than a red flag going up. This calls for 10 red flags.

It's "Elementary dear Watson"

These successes he keeps posting are obviously fake. Consider the facts

1 - He gets a reply from an address that's no longer active

2 - He NEVER has any proof for any of the bigger successes.

3 - Many of his bigger successes seem to be signed in the same pen.

4 - Getting 'Authentics' from people who send out letters stating that they don't sign

5 - His successes look nothing like the IP successes that other members have.

I do beleive that he is falsifying his successes. But there isn't really much we can do about it.

I think someone has to point out what he's doing. This board is run on trust and honestly. If this person purposely is doing this (which is pretty obvious!)...then he/she needs to be warned not to do it again. Personally I would think his ficticous successes need to be deleted as well....that way no one else is misled!
