Hi,

I sent a PM to Nissaea seeing if she would like to be a mod and she replied:

i wouldnt mind. i dont have a huge amount of time to dedicate to it however i could of course do my best.

Do you think she should if you do, Ill tell her to PM admin. Or I will PM him, probably me, since she said shes not too dedicated.

Nissaea would make a great moderator, as she has great ideas

However, it's the time commitment and the tone in her PM (not 100% sure) that that makes me feel

I do understand that we need more moderators, but we obviously need moderators who do have some time to moderate the forums. You could be a moderator, but if you're not doing your job, there's no point.

Moderators need to have the proper time to help out with the forums.

Both Joey and nowandagain are right. A moderator needs to have ample time to perform moderation. If the he/she doesn't have the time to devote to this, then they need not bother to become one.

I myself do as much as I can in the time I can. I even get on at school when I can.

We may need more mods, but the mods we gather need to be able to set aside time to fulfill the duties.

LOL...well, I still think she doesn't get it. She's still using her aliases to bump up her posts (see her David Boreanaz success in Feedback.)
