Help please.

I am confused on where to post what I know. I have found out that an address in the database is RTS'ed and not reported but its not mine, I found it on my other reliable fanmail site. Where do you post things like this Autograph Discuss?

If it was me, I would post it in the Autograph Collecting Discussion forum or the Collecting Help forum.
