Since I'm on a very dry run at the moment, I've been lucky enough not to receive anything from her for a long time.

The last time she PM'd me, I just ignored her completely. Nothing since.

I don't think she's breaking any rules, although the annoyance factor is definitely up there.

I think you should just ignore her PM's in the first place. Delete them or otherwise. If they get so annoying, perhaps a politely worded PM asking her to only PM you for important issues may be sufficient? Who knows. She sounds very young.

I just ignore PMs like that If it gets out of hand, maybe someone could say something, but for now I'd just ignore them.

I got one within 30 seconds of posting my Samuel L. Jackson Success.

It said somehting along the line of the above.

She wanted to know how many days it took. I told her that I had the dates in my post.

She persisted to complain that she wasn't good with dates, so I finally just ignored her.

I got a few like rpbluesman and of course her initial PM was that of what elmomommyto1 posted. And yes, she does sound young. I have been ignoring her PM's containing "how long did it take I am bad at dates"

i think that she just wants to be nice, and since we are Moderators, i think she thinks that we are suppose to have thousands of autographs or something like that. Maybe, if she keeps doing it, you can just ask her to stop.

I guess I'm just very frustrated by her behavior considering that was the 4th such PM from her. I made the mistake of replying to her first one...boy, oh boy, was that a mistake! So for now I'll just ignore them, but if I get too many more, I'll be politely asking her to stop sending PMs to me.

Sorry elmomommyto1 I think she gets on all of our nerves sometimes. I agree with everyone else that you should just ignore her or ask her not to pm you anymore unless it's really important. I also agree with taebee16 that she's probably just trying to be nice.

I've gotten a few simaler to that one, only she emailed me instead of pm. I asked her to email me at a different email address, and she did. And it was the same kind of stuff: What dates, who do you have, what did you get today. That went on for about 2 weeks and then the emails stopped so I guess she must have just gotten bored of me sending boring responses.

I think she's just trying to be friendly and doesn't realize that it can get annoying to get that kind of pm over and over. Before you ask her to stop though, consider how young she does sound, and realize that she's probably just wants some attention. It's kind of the same as if a little kid wanted to show you a picture they had drawn over and over again.

But I would definatley say she would stop if you asked since she didn't email me when I asked her to.
