"Moderator CP"?

Hello ,

Am I right in assuming that "Moderator CP" under a user's name means that that user has access to the Moderator Control Panel? I was just wondering because it does not appear under my name although I do have access to the CP. It is possible that I have just overlooked this, but I did not see it.
