Hey everyone,

I have recently noticed that the a member under the name of "scaarr" has been adding points to Andy316's reputation for posts that do not deserve it. You can view Andy316's reputation here. Andy316 has done the same for scaarr, but only once. You can view scaarr's reputation here.

What am I getting at?

I think scaarr and Andy316 are the same person. I tried looking at their IP address however he's using AOL so several members of the forum post from there, including some moderators.

Since it is impossible to tell, what is the appropriate course of action to take with these members?

your probably right. andy joined feb 6 and scarr feb 20, Scarrs made more post on andys rep( 8 ) then he's made on the board(3 total post) but if you check the dates everyone of scarrs post were made on Feb 20.
I think admin should remove those rep pts and watch to see if scarr reapears and starts adding more

Regardless of whether they are one and the same person (I think they probably are), these reputation points deserve to be removed on the basis that there was no real basis or logical reason for Andy316 to be receiving these points in the first place.

Hi All,

We have had this conversation before. Andy316 has AOL, which as Ian said, makes people share many IP addresses. Andy316 is almost definatkey scaarr, or at least they know each other.
