Well, I had already PMed this member about language once and he persists as a problem on the forums. Quite awhile ago I sent him this PM to which he never replied.

R.S.V.P,

Please be advised that I have issued you a formal warning based on your posts to the Millvina Dean success that was posted in the Feedback forum. Every member should respect Mrs. Dean's right to have her address not published, nor given out.

Also, please do not abuse the reputation points system. Admin nor any of the moderators will tolerate this. If you continue to do so, you will be issued another warning. Three warnings result in your account being banned from posting on the fanmail.biz site.

Please try to remember that this should be a welcoming site for all members.

As well, this site is a host for many younger autograph collectors and it would be very much appreciated if you could either change your banner/signature or at least edit out the profanity.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

His latest is mocking everyone about believing that their autographs are genuine, where he thinks everything is a fake. Now the latest post:

Anyone else want to give their opinion?

I see what you mean, Lisa.

Unfortunately, it seems that there will always be members who take pleasure in mocking other members, but who do so without actually breaking any rules of the forums (at least, no rules that I can think of).

So I really don't know what to do about R.S.V.P. . . . members like that like to purposely act badly but within the rules of the boards. They only take pleasure in being threatened with negative reputation points and warnings. :?
