Posting error messages

Hi everyone 
There's been an error message coming up while posting. See screenshot below:
After the error message comes up, I click the "Back" button on my browser, and the post does appear at the bottom where all the other posts are. However, when I get back to the forum in which I posted in, sometimes my post doesn't seem to have registered on the forum (i.e. in the specific thread, it doesn't say that I am the last person to have posted, and the time I posted etc), however when I do go back in the thread my post is there.
I assume others are having the same problem
