Thanks,

Charmainey only has 55 posts and has been on the forums only 2 months. I'd have to say no for now.
p.s. I also received a PM from Charmainey:
"Hi Joey,
I want to be a moderator in this section. I will do my best if I am a moderator.
I will wait for your "OK"
Charmaine"

I say give him a shot as a junior and within the two month waiting time let him prove himself worthy.

Hi guys
I think what Admin was saying "no" to was with regard to voting on Junior Moderators.
To clear it up I will explain the process
All Junior Moderators are approved by Admin and I, they do not get voted on

However, current Moderators can pass on details of requests from members wanting to become a Junior to either myself or Admin.
However, there will be certain members who have been with us for a while and have high levels of experience who decide they want to help moderate. In this case the current moderators CAN still vote to take them on as a FULL Moderator thus skipping the Junior rank altogether.
This will only apply if they have a decent level of competancy, and have been a member for some time.
Hope this makes things a bit clearer
Ian
