Moderators That Haven't Posted In A While..

Hey Everyone

I Think There Has Been A Topic About This Before, But I Just Wanted To Ask Again, Now We Have The Junior Moderators..

OK, So There Has Been Some Fanmail Moderators That Haven't Posted In A LONG Time & I Was Just Thinking That Maybe We Take Them Off The Moderators List, I Know This Sounds Abit Mean, And Admin Said Before That If/When They Come Back They Should Be A Moderator Still.. But I Think That Now We Have Junior Moderators We Can Take The Mods Who Haven't Posted In A While Off The List & Then If They Do Return We Can See if They Still Want To Be A Mod & If They Do, Make Them A Junior Moderator & Then People Can Vote On Whether They Want To Re-Instate Them Or Not.. Just An Idea, This Way We Can Make Some Of Them More Active Users Moderators..

dramagrl3 Last Post – April 7th 2006
canterqueen2 Last Post – April 14th 2006 (But Her Last Post Before That One Was November 14th 2005!)
courtney Last Post – May 23rd 2006

I Just Searched The Forum To See If Courtney & Aragil, Ahve Posted A Reason To Why They Left, But As Far As I Can See, They Haven't..

I Used To Be Really Good Friends With Joana (Aragil) & We Still Write To Each Other Through The Mail Sometimes & She's Told Me She Isn't As Intersted As She Used To Be With Autograph Collecting..

If you think about it, it's only been about 3 months since courtney last posted, and that's not that long. She could have easily been without a computer to post with. I think we should leave them for a little bit longer and see what admin and Ian decide to do

I recently removed 5 or 6 moderators who hadn't posted for an extended period.

We did notice the ones you have mentioned, but decided to make the rule that Moderators would be removed if they hadn't posted for 6 months.

Aragil, dramagirl3, canterqueen2, courtney, Michelle, fancypatches. If not already have almost passed the 6 month line... Some passed some have 2 weeks left. Just bumping.

You're right. There are some moderators that haven't posted in a while.

Over 6 months:

- Aragil (Last post: 23 March 2006)
- dramagrl3 (Last post: 8 April 06)
- smell (Last post: 10 April 06)
- canterqueen2 (Last post: 15 April 06)

Very close to 6 months

- courtney (Last post: 24 May 2006)
- fancypatches (Last post: 30 May 2006)

Also, on a related subject what does everyone think about removing rainbow as a Junior Moderator. rainbow has not posted since 31 August 2006 and I highly doubt that he/she will pass the evaluations to become a full moderator.

Obviously, if any of the moderators do return - we can reconsider their positions.
