Obviously the issues we've been having with certain members have been noticed by a number of other members on this forum
It's probably best for Ian or admin to PM The_Terrible_Toad_King
Maybe it might be a good idea to move this thread into this forum ... as only moderators will be able to see it.
Btw ... HayleyR210, who locked the thread received a

im sure the moderators that im talking about would really listen to my complaints about them and im sure loads would be done if I did complain about them (sarcasm again)
wonder what the odds are that this negative feedback gets deleted

I've PMed admin to remove it. While I respect people's opinions, I do not respect retaliatory feedback

I have removed it for you. It was very unfair point he gave you. All you did was reply and they flip out.

Hi The_Terrible_Toad_King
I have replied to your original post here:
http://www.fanmail.biz/mboard/viewtopic.php?t=40355
Again, apologies for the problems you have been experiencing on the forum.
In order for me to deal with the issue more effectively I was wondering whether you were able to give me some additional information, such as the names of the moderators concerned, and if possible some examples of posts where rudeness has been used.
Some links to posts would be great, but failing that a outline of the type of problem would be helpful.
Once again I would like to reiterate that I am taking your concerns very seriously, and I appreciate your assistance in this matter.
Regards,
Ian
