They keep kind of arguing and TheMailman keeps making rude comments towards her....
What should we do, i'm kinda getting sick of all these arguments....

TheMailman doesn't seem to get along with anybody
He can be very rude, and I also am starting to get very annoyed by him.
(Although, people who type in all caps often don't bode too well with me either
)

For the love of Pete! I think it's long past time for a warning for TheMailman. He obviously can't get along with anyone
