Hey Everyone, my name is Shawntae, and ive been a moderator for a while. I dont think that i really do a good job at it though, so can someone give me some advice on how to be better at this exciting job? Thanks

Dont be hard on yourself. LOL What do you think you do wrong?

Just keep an eye on the forums you moderate.
If you find spam: Delete it
If you find duplicate threads: Lock them
If you find threads which don't belong there: Move them
etc.

That's the technical things, but you should also be nice to the people you help and try to help members in other ways!

I'm sure you're doing good already

You can also become a Moderator CP and update the database

You're doing a great job, like ozzman said: Don't be so hard on yourself. If you thought there was something specific you were doing wrong then maybe we could let you get away with it but really all you have to do is help out the members and set a good example, right? You're doing a great job, keep up the good work!
