Hiya! i just became a moderater CP and i didnt want to bombard admin with questions so i decided to post here. i would appreciate it if ya'll can help lol.

Okay so uhm. lol. theres alot going on with the tool bar and such.

is there a moderater toolbar for mozilla firefox?

and when i get to the screen of the celebrity, do i click update?

and uhm. do i just copy and paste the reply 1 or reply 2?

Yes when you are in the control panel window for the celebrity, you type the correct date (date when the success was received, not posted) and press update. Then the database will be updated with this new date

Then you choose either Reply 1 or Reply 2 (yep, just copy it, and edit it a bit when you reply) depending on if the person posted enough info for the 10$ certificate drawing or not

I do not believe there is a moderator toolbar for Firefox, however, looking at your other questions, did you find one? Or did you just switch to IE?

When you get to a celebrity's page, you only update the "Feedback Received" date, unless you need to change something else. You can mark off an address that a RTS has been posted from or change the secondary address to the primary address.

The two reply boxes are different. If they have included a scan of the autograph and envelope, choose Reply Box 1, otherwise, choose Reply Box 2.

Just play around with it for a while; you'll get the hang of it soon.

I think there is a Firefox version of the toolbar ... but you'll have to ask admin about it.

what if the celebrity is not listed but they have the envlope and photo posted? how would i do something?

You can say something like:

Hi ****

Thank you for your feedback Nice Success

You have been added to the list for the $10 allposters.com gift certificate.
