I must admit, when I saw this thread I thought, "Who's odhfan?" It is possible I just haven't noticed this member for some strange reason

but I feel like if I'm not even sure who a member is then maybe they haven't been offering their help like a moderator should.

Sorry to odhfan if she really has been doing her job, and I just haven't noticed for some reason

You know, I did the exact same thing. I recognized the name but I hadn't even realized s/he had been a junior moderator. Then again, I don't browse any forums other than games and moderators that much, but I still haven't seen that much of him/her. I'm going to vote for more experience.

I have to say no too, I just looked trough the post back to Aug and it looks like all he/she does is try to buy autographs in the buy/sell forum and a few post in jr moderaters, mainly about becoming a moderator
