I voted no. Youpla seems nice I guess, but she's only been a member since August. Also, sometimes she 'spams' the feedback forum with short "Congrats!" posts.

I think she needs a bit more experience

I agree with you completely. Perhaps after she becomes more experienced, we could re-evaluate her.
