Hehe- only 10 posts. I cant see her becoming a mod in the near future.

I don't think new users even should be junior moderators. It's a "job", and you aren't just a moderator to have the title. Also, as it is now, I don't think more moderators are needed as I think the team does a very good job in all forum sections. I mean, there should be a need.

She's only posted 10 things, and only 20% of those posts are to do with auotgraph collecting, the rest are on the games. I'm not saying she can't play on the games, but moderators need experience before they can become people who can help out people, give advice and just know what they are talking about. At the moment, I can't say she fits the bill. . And also Johan is right, the mod team at the moment is perfect and the website is running like a well oiled machine! You're doing a great job all you guys!!

I think the cut off line should have been after dgangel.

Brookton, bifo_91, VaNeSsA_HuDgEnS_#1_Fan, arizona., robrap and Rish.X became Junior Moderators soon after registration, I can't seen any of them becoming Moderators

It's quite obvious that some Junior Moderators are definitely not going to make the cut, and look like they're there for the "status" rather than being a moderator.

I think stricter guidelines should be in place regarding the choosing of Junior Moderators, rather than almost anyone joining.

Exactly! Especially considering Don't_Ask has only been a member for 2 days ... I kind of question his/her intentions in the first place.

I think there was a 500 post limit for the Autograph Collector status wasnt there? How about we apply the same rule for Junior Mod requests?
