So are we now authorised to use these as it doesn't come up as 'Not Authorized' anymore?

Use the red button to immediately ban users (i.e. spammers), but don't abuse your powers!
The yellow button is for warnings ...

I'd noticed them. Its a good idea that we can ban the spammers as it makes life alot easier!
