It's odd. He/she also asks for people to give him reputation points, and he seems to think the certificate is his life or something...
TM, maybe he just writes/emails for alot of people

Some people have no patience! Don't worry about it guys.
He/she seems to get a lot of successes via email, but they also then seem to sell them on the Autograph selling forum
