If Moderators/Autograph Experts etc. Haven't Posted In 6 Months Or More, They Get Demoted, Is That Right?

Well antona05, Who Is An "IP Autograph Hunter" Hasn't Posted Since Aug 14, 2006. And The Post Before That Was Posted On April 1st 2006.

Is It Time For Him To Be Demoted? So We Can Get Another Person To Replace Him, Who's On The Forums More Often.

I havn't seen him online recently, probably worth getting someone else who collects IP more to take his rank.
