I have to say no on this one. She just doesn't seem to add a helpfulness to the board. While she is helpful in some respects, she just doesn't strike me as a moderator at present.

Also....for anyone who says "no" just because there may not be a need for more moderators, consider how fair that is to the JM in question.

Nope. I find her quite annoying sometimes...

I have to agree she is helpful in some aspects but also not always...I hope that sounds right. Maybe in time she will be ready. She has the potential
