Sorry, I'm a bit tired, been party:ing, but that's my opinion...

I agree wholeheartedly with Volante {thumb2}! It just doesn't seem to be worth it for the amount of trouble it causes. It seems too difficult to weed out those who are in it just to become a moderator versus those who want to be a moderator to actually help out. In my opinion, most of the problem comes from anyone and everyone can become a JM. to the JM system.

Aholman is volunteer to help on the message board. The JM group is an open group. Anyone who wants to help can apply and become a Junior Moderator. If he abuse of his JM power, his rank will be removed.
