Autograph Heaven

I'm sure most of you have seen the copied Autograph Heaven...which is just like this site...but is run by ex-members.

I think that perhaps fanmail needs to limit the access to the addresses for members only as this site is being copied and used without our knowledge. I've already seen at least two of my top 10 tips already on that site without my knowledge and they haven't even tried to change it! It's breaking copyright! They are acting as though it is all their own work...when the information is coming from the experts on this site...

In my eyes, something needs to be done.

They took a lot of Christine's and Larisie's work from our Currently In Production forum, with no crediting at all..

I don't think that it would necessarily solve the problem because they could always just create another account. :neutral:

Yes, I see where you are coming from but it is not on that these people can get away with stealing our tips and information and passing it on as if it's their own.

There was a fair bit of discussion in the Administrators forum regarding this issue over the last week or so. admin has banned a number of members as a result.

It is heartbreaking to see our work copied directly onto their site without credit. In fact, some of the threads copied still have links to fanmail.biz threads!!
