Just wondering why now she is back to becoming a junior mod rather than a normal mod...I think that she's very helpful 
I often speak to her and she told me she decided she wanted to be a JM for a bit longer. She said she didn't feel she had enough experience to be a moderator, so she asked admin to put her back to a JM.
She is someone who, when she feels ready, will make a great moderator. It takes alot to decide to step down like that.
