Um, is it really appropriate to have this member become a JM after her last PM to me ? She seems rather unstable (by her own admission nonetheless). And how long does the poll about her avatar need to run for? I would think that an even 5-5 vote by now would say that it's at least offensive to some, so what's the harm in asking her to change it ?

P.S. Are 68 JMs really necessary ? Especially when only a handful of them are actually active...doesn't that defeat the purpose?!?
