These shops seem to be creating problems with the junior moderators, causing them to post threads complaining about other users. I think they are taking these shops a little bit too seriously, there are more things on this site that need attention. They are adding unnecessary tension to the board, and between members.

I agree. If anything, they are personal matters which should be dealt with through pM's.
