Junior Moderator rights

Hi guys {up}

Just to let you know, the rights of Trainees have changed slightly.

They are no longer able to edit or delete posts (including their own). Admin and I thought this would be a good idea, so that they are able to work towards getting more responsibility when/if they become full moderators :D

It also prevents the chances of posts being made (which may cause arguments) which are subsequently deleted making it very difficult to trace the problem-maker.

Moderators and upwards still retain their rights.

Cheers,
Ian :mrgreen:

I agree with you guys. By the way, can we not let Trainee Mod have Mod Powers in TM forum because they can just move the topic that they want to delete there and do whatever they want at the TM Forum

TM's still have the power to move topics, etc. but they no longer have the ability to delete things anywhere on the forum, even in the TM Forum. Hope this clears things up!
