Junior Moderator rights

Hi guys
Just to let you know, the rights of Trainees have changed slightly.
They are no longer able to edit or delete posts (including their own). Admin and I thought this would be a good idea, so that they are able to work towards getting more responsibility when/if they become full moderators
It also prevents the chances of posts being made (which may cause arguments) which are subsequently deleted making it very difficult to trace the problem-maker.
Moderators and upwards still retain their rights.
Cheers,
Ian
