TM Teams

I have one stupid question, I noticed Fatima's TM's are part of the moderator list in the Moderator forum, does this mean that Fatima's trainee moderators can view the moderator forum? I'm just a little confused by that.

Sometimes when we do moderator elections, we do them privately and a trainee moderator might get mad at whoever made a comment towards their moderating. I hope none of them came across this forum yet :S

And it's also only one team of TM's with access that's allowed.

Im not sure whats going on, but thecollecter said all discussions about trainees would take place in the moderators forum, so they shouldnt be allowed in here

The odd thing is that it is only one team. What makes those TM's better than all others?

I assume it's just a mistake of some sort. TMs shouldn't be allowed to view their polls or anything else here...that could compromise our honesty

I think it's just a mistake...since their the only team that has a team avatar I guess...
