They seem to have done it to repeatedly bump their own "games threads", if you check the games forum there are a few threads where they post back and forth between themselves.
No big deal but still pretty pointless, and 2 accounts should surely be a no-no.

They almost certainly are. The IPs dont match exactly, but they're close enough to suggest "same building use"

Golly, gee, maybe that's why members shouldn't be allowed to have more than one account! Is ANYONE listening?!?!?!?!?!?! Let's say that autos.jason or whatever he wanted to have as a username this week, decides to start scamming members with fake autographs under another username and being an AE with the other? Ridiculous! This is the ONLY website I've seen where more than one account is allowed and all it's going to bring about is trouble!
