Will do in the future admin, but don't you see it to be a bit off when there's a TM who has no idea what they are meant to be doing.. isn't that a hole in the system? Surely they become TMs to prepare for becoming moderator if they are good enough, which clearly this person isn't.

The point is, he shouldnt have even been made a TM in the first place, as he didnt even know what it meant. This clearly points out a massive flaw in the system.

If he didnt know what a TM is supposed to do, why did he even ask to be one?
