Pay close attention to the posts of "luv fergie". Someone gave her 5/10 for "famousness", and since then theres been several ridiculously childish and immature posts from her, proving she will not be ready for a Moderator place anytime soon, as she isnt even ready for a TM spot.

Absolutely! She is totally immature and rude. I PM'd her asking her nicely to stop making rude and sarcastic comments or I'd give her a warning. And this is the heartwarming reply I got:

Wow...as if we needed more proof she needs knocking down! Thats so immature.

Yeah absolutely. I just read through her posts, and she is not fit to be a JM at all. She has insulted; not directly, admin and many other members and mods here. No respect=BOOT.

I have read the posts this person doesnt need to be a tm. Have rpbluesman take a look at them and see if he wants to demote the user since its his team.

I agree. A demotion (if not a ban or at least a suspension) is certainly in order. You've got my vote 100%

Have they been demoted?

I don't see how the TM system is possibly going to work when we have them, who are supposed to be setting an example to the other members, causing havoc and being rude and abusive to other members. Surely the whole point of the TM system is to help us, take some of the work off us, such as moving posts etc, we shouldn't have to spend more attention on them than we do on the normal members! I nkow this is a big forum, I appreciate that with alot of members, however I don't see why we need 81 or so TMs who the majority either don't post or cause more problems than solve them. We only have 5 (at most) TMs that stand a real chance of becoming a full moderator, which to me shows a hole in the system.

Not demoted, they're still a TM despite having their team leader's backing for a demotion :neutral: Maybe admin hasnt come back to this thread.
