This user obviously needs to be banned just due to his/her name. They have yet to make any posts, but I'm guessing that this is just another name of a user we already know (such as Fred West). This user's name is obviously trying to be used as an insult to Manu80.

That's easier said than done. We cannot issue an IP Ban if there isn't an IP to ban. :neutral:

Ah yeah that's true. Momentary brain lapse.

I say we IP ban the IP of the main suspects (that we DO have IPs for) for a week. If the problem stops, we know we got it. If it carries on, just unban the IP.

That is so mean. Why waste his time making usernames that are about hate?
