pinkyxpooxx isn't Miley Cyrus though 'Miley's Offical Fanmail.biz account' is being posted from her IP address...
Is a warning or ban appropriate here...?

I think Pinky needs a definite warning!! Its not a joke trying to pretend your someone else no matter if they are or aren't a celebrity.
