Upload your pictures here: I have been a devoted member of Fanmail.biz since November 2005, one of your oldest (in terms of years here) members at the moment. I have enjoyed it a lot here, made so many good friends, and got autographs from my idols ever since. I've never had any complaint in (almost!) 3 years, until now. You have to understand that we volunteered to help you out, as this forum grows bigger and bigger everyday, and one person would never to able to assist 15 000 members! We want to help, as we believe in this forum and enjoy our time here. Everything we do is because we think that Fanmail.biz can only benefit from, and that include when we ban members, demote TM's/mods and delete topics - we only want to protect this forum and its members. We don't want to take control over it, nor do any of us wish to become the admin of it. No, we just want to be what it says below our usernames: "Global Moderator", "Moderator", "Autograph Expert", "Trainee Moderator".
I for one only help out in the "Feedback" forum by adding members into the draw to take some work off your shoulders! I want to help so you have some time to concentrate on other things, such as upgrading the forum (as you did recently) or delete spammers' accounts. But recently I've found that you have (quite honestly) been a little rude to some of us, and sending sarcastic pm's/replies to us.
We don't deserve this - we're your helpers, but it seems that you don't really appreciate us. If we get treated like this, we don't feel motivated to help out anymore, which leads to many of us abandoning the forum. We're still human beings with feelings, we don't want to get treated like this - it's hurtful. 
If we feel someone is not ready to be a TM yet, it's only because we think they need a little more time to get used to the forum - it's not like we have a personal grudge against them! If that member proves themselves worthy of being TM material, I'm pretty sure most of us would gladly accept them as one. If a member has less than 100 (constructive) posts, it keeps another member, who is much more helpful, out of that TM position.
And all of the banned members... Now Tony (Anthony) is back sending disgusting pm's to the female members here! I know, I know, we must pm his username to you, but by the time his account has been deleted, he already has a new one with which he "spams" us!
Lastly, I'm sure I speak for most of us when I say we're all feeling sad and hurt. We don't deserve this treatment - we didn't do anything wrong! We're all innocent members, just trying to help out the best we can. If you're unhappy with us or our actions, I'm sure you can put it much nicer than you have recently.
It's not necessary to speak to others like that, no matter what. We're all confused by things here, so we sometimes don't get the wording right or say things before we know the actual situation. Please have patience with us, as we have had with you. Consider our feelings and opinions too, we're your team, unless you don't want any GM's or moderators anymore (many has left already, and I'm strongly considering to ask you to demote me to a regular member again if we all don't get better treatment).
