Definitely agree with you there Ian. And Ozzman you make a very good point also. There are numerous TMs out there who really haven't got a clue as to what they're doing. A lot of them are plain out rude and others are headed in the right direction but need more guidance from the older, wiser, and much more experienced mods/admins, etc.

These days I see hardly any constructive criticism from members. Most either keep quiet, don't have a clue or are rude when it comes to proving a member wrong about a success they believe to be "authentic".
We really must try and move in the right direction as to how things once were. It'll never be like it was but we can sure as hell try to make it like that, but even BETTER!! Maybe I'm a little optimistic right now...
