Hi guys

I am inclined to agree that the Auto Selling forum in its current state might well lead to people being misled about the authenticity of items for sale.

Because of this I have contacted Admin this afternoon and proposed that in the interim we at least change the policy of selling on that forum to include at least a scan or photograph of the item being sold/traded.

This would mean that buyers would have a much better idea of what was actually being offered (and would allow moderators to see the items too). That way, if a fraud was suspected the thread could be investigated and if appropriate deleted.

I know this will not solve the whole problem in one go, but I just think it would go some way to better ensuring the safety of members. I'll let you know when I hear more.
