We need 25 mods before we can add features to the site? Is this a software thing, or just a personal preference?

We need more Moderators to add new forums to the message board.

We also need more Moderators to add more stuff to the website pages (ala wikipedia).

The simple reason why we are voting 'No' is because they contribute and help out hardly ever.

I see no point in promoting useless members who have 'Junior Moderator' under their name for the fun of it.

Well I had way too much free time, so I went ahead and actually counted how many active moderators there were. I included those who had posted frequently in the past two days. For those that had posted in the last 5 days or so, I sorta included them through a 2:1 ratio. (2 who had posted in the last week = 1 active). There were like 8 people that had posted within the last week. So overall, I counted that 25 moderators out of 45 have been actively posting.

I also noticed that these moderators have not posted for quite some time now:
